:: The making of Jim Jim birthday Cake ::

It's Sunday again... Had an intensive seminar for RMD yesterday... Was so bored from it... Well, enough of tat... I'm not here to whine about how boring the class was.

It was supposed to be a surprise for Dar... But since he stay over for the weekend, might as well recruit his help (Heehee)... My First Cake making experience... We had all our ingredients ready and there we are, starting our cake making session... First we try to mix the eggs and sugar together... It was my first time using an electic whisk (Gosh! It can be pretty dangerous wor!) Initially, everything was ok... But just as Dar was talking to me, I forgot that I'm holding the whisk and left the bowl... Whah!!! the mixture start to splatter around... Hahaha... (I think that's the fun part of making a cake) Start to clear the mess and continue... Finally, everything is ready... We gonna put the mixture in the oven for 30 minutes... (Pray hard the cake turns out well!)

*Ding* Finally the 30 minutes wait is over... The cake was.............. GORGEOUS! At that instant, I was so proud of myself for baking such a nice cake on my first attempt... Now it's the decorating part... Dar help out with the decor... He put lotsa and lotsa of chocolates on the cake... Ewwww... How sinful... Hahaha... Finally, we just have to put in the fridge to firm the cake and it will be ready...

Made pasta for Dar in the evening too... This is a pre-celebration of his birthday! We gonna go some place for dinner on Tuesday too (Shhh... Keep the location a secret first)

:: Sumptuous Dinner at The Paramount ::

My 4th uncle is so lucky... Struck lottery and won a whooping $50K... And he was generous enough to give the whole family a dinner... Initially he wanted to go New Park Hotel, but after I told him The Paramount serves better food, he ask me to make a reservation over there for 28 paxs.

So yesterday evening, we went for the dinner... A total of 26 paxs (2 of my cousins are not able to make it)... The food was great, company was great too... We had

:: First meeting for RMD ::

It's a beautiful Sunday but well... when you have to drag yourself out of bed to meet for project meeting it's not tat beautiful anymore...
Met up with Jeff, Clarice and Angela for our first meet up for RMD. Darn it... It's all because of Joseph Tan that we have to make our first presentation the week after the first lesson. Anyway, we had fun meeting up...

:: Wat a RMD Lecturer ::

Yesterday, first day of lesson for RMD (Retail Marketing and Distribution)... Went to class as per normal... Saw the lecturer, well... he look pretty stern and have this "Don't fool around in front of me" look... Class started like any other class... He introduces himself, want us to take out a piece of paper and write our names on it, put it infront of us so that he can easily identify us (No chance of day-dreaming and zZZZzz)... Next, he told us he loves to take pictures... Here comes his camera! He wants to take all our photos, so he can remember our faces! (So dumb)

This lecturer is definitely getting abit too much... He says for the group project, he dun wish to have groups form based on friendship (Wat crap!!!)Jeff did all of us a favour by telling him we do not like such arrangements... In the end, we got our way... *Yeah* Another big shock! We are group C1... And we are due for the project presentation next week! YES! IT'S NEXT WEEK!!! Tat's so crazy, how are we gonna have ample time to do the analysis and presentation slides... Best of all, what we heard is tat we need to do 2 case study cos we are the 1st few groups... And those groups behind need to do onli 1 case study... Is this lecturer CRAZY or wat! We do not even have a week to do a case study much less is two!

I'm gonna condemn him and YES! His name is Joseph Tan and I certainly do not like him

:: Our concert at Cha Xuan ::

Wat a fun-filled Saturday we had... Met up with Jeff and Clarice for our "concert" at Cha Xuan... Initially, we planned to go JB but Jeff was afraid that it will be very crowded... But anyway, we still went for our karaoke session... It was realli cheap... Considering we have 2 drink each, sing for 5 hours and we paid a total of $54 (i.e.$13.50 per pax) What a great deal we have over here... (It's almost the same price if we were to go JB)... We ordered some snacks, Spring roll and Butter Squid... Woohoo... the butter squid is marvellous... A hint of butter with some chili padi.... It's definitely worth $12... A spring roll, however pale out in comparison... $10 for about 8 rolls... After some singing and eating, it's already 8.30pm (That's the end of our "concert)

Make our way to Tak Po for dinner... I miss the Dragon beard prawn fritters there... (Definitely the best that I have comparing to the one in Fortunate Restaurant)We ordered so much food, Har Kow, Siew Mai, Prawns in rice roll, Charsiew in rice roll, Carrot cake, Porridge, Lor Mai Kai... Had a realli filling dinner... It was almost 10pm when we finish our dinner... We make our way to Breko in Bugis for a drink... They were having this promotion (all along) 2 bottle of beer for only $10... Wanted to drink but no one is in the mood... So in the end, we settle for Deep Purple Ice Twister and Tropical Ice Twister...Chit chat till almost 1 then we make our way home...

:: First day of a new school semester ::

It's a start of a new semester again... Was feeling quite lazy.. Dun wanna go school... But no choice... Well, class was alright... Attended Media Planning last night... I'm taking Retail Management and Distribution too this sem, but the class wun start till 20th March... (hahaha... that leaves me more time to slack around first) It was a pretty big Media Planning class... Our lecturer, Mickey, as usual is as funny as ever... (I was ever in his class before, not in Curtin tho)

His "right" will become rrrrrright.... Hahaha, his tongue sure can twirl...

Met my Jeff (my secondary classmate), Audrey (current colleague), Phebe, Yvonne and lotsa other familiar faces... Whah... all of a sudden everyone seems to know everyone... We are supposed to form a group of 4-6... but the lecturer say it's fine to have 3... Wanted to have juz Clarice and Anson in my group, but somehow, we have another 2 gers joining us... They used to be with another group of 2 gers... Wonder wat happen to them... Have seen them done presentation in other modules... Hopefully they are those who can work... I seriously can't take anymore free-riders... (So afraid I'll go bonkers)

Anyway, juz hope everything will work out fine...

Ohh... I simply love Anna Sui product. I've oredi lost count how many of her product I've got... From, Eyelash primer, cleanser, mascara, eyeshadows, eyebrow pencil, perfume, mirror, lip gloss, blusher, powder, face blotters and now my latest purchase to add to the collection, Ring Rouge. This ring rouge is actually a lip gloss in a ring and this ring is a big big rose bud (And this ring rouge is with compliment from JimJim =D)

:: Our beautiful Sunday ::

It was a beautiful sunday... So we decided to go East Coast Park for some cycling session... I do not know how to cycle (Darn it!) Anyway, I'm trying to learn... I was learning for almost 1 1/2hr... Both my legs are killing me, my arms are tired... Gosh! Darn it! Why didn't I learn it when I'm younger?!?! (Too princessy to be learning how to cycle... hahaha)Anyway, after my so-called cycling class, we went on to ride on a double bike (Again, for another 1 1/2hr) My butt hurts manz... (hahaha)
Nonetheless, it was a fun and beautiful Sunday...

:: Our V-Day ::

It's Valentine's Day...

Received a surprise from Dar dar... He send me a bouquet of flowers to my office... Though there are some hiccups with the flowers (It was supposed to be pink tulip sent to me, but it turned out to be champagne rose... Nonetheless, the mistake was rectify), I still love it... Thanks Dar... For giving me such a sweet surprise...

Later in the evening, we went to Marina Bay enjoying our take-away dinner (Carls Junior, Yummy yummy)and also to enjoy the serenade night view of Singapore...

:: Our Pre V-Day Dinner ::

It's a sunny sunny day... Went to the temple early in the morning with mommy, daddy, June June, Clarence and Dar Dar... After that, Dar still have some unfinished assignments so we went back home... Boring me continue to have my pretty princessy sleep while Dar try to complete his stuff...

Later in the evening, we went for our Pre V-Day Dinner... (Chose to have it early cos we both do not like to be those lovey dovey birds queuing up for that so called special V-Day dinner outside the restuarant and wasting our time). We went to Spizza Club Street, a nice and cosy little restaurant that is oh-so romantic with their special pizzas that are named after Italian women. We ordered Tiana pizza, Lasgana, Pompillio (Deep Fried Calamari with "Pizzaiola" Sauce) and 2 glasses of white wine.

Was so full from all the stuff so we decided to take a stroll down Clarke Quay... Managed to catch the last day of fireworks for the Chinese New Year... Here's some pictures taken using my handphone...

:: End of Projects Days ::

It's been so long since I last updated my little bloggie... Been bz with all the projects... Finally, submitted 1 on last wednesday, had our presentation on Friday and lastly, the last report will be submitted today...

Spend my CNY doing all the projects... I believe all my frenz and classmates are suffering the same fate as I do...

Now, I'll update abit of what I've done for the CNY holiday (beside my projects :D)

CNY Eve
We had our reunion steamboat lunch at home... Dar and Clarence came to join us too... So crowded this year... Luckily our dining table is big enough... Had a sumptuous lunch and great lunch... Especially with Dar around... It just feel so good... The lunch lasted for 3 hours plus... Was so so so full... *Burp* Dar and Clarence went off at around 5 plus... Cos they have their own reunion dinner too...

CNY Day 1
Stayed at home in the morning... Uncles and Aunties came over to our place... I was rushing out my MOS report... One of my uncle even tease me... "So hardworking ah?? hahaha" No choice... As if I wanted it... Went to my grandma place in the evening... Another round of eating again... hahaha, but luckily I know how to control... If not, I'll be piling more weight again...

CNY Day 2
Stayed at home in the morning... Still trying to complete that dupid report... Went to chalet in the afternoon... Hahaha We smuggled Jand Jand in... I think she must be thinking where the hell are we bringing her to... Aunt Susie drop by in the evening and I was chatting with her till late night...

CNY Day 3
Stayed in the chalet with Jand Jand while Dad, Mom, June and Clarence went shopping for the stuff for tonite BBQ... Aunt Susie and Grandma came over to join us too... Though it was a small crowd, but we still had fun... Clarence bought Yu-Sheng and we were there lo-hei-ing... *Miss my dar, he's in Genting... If not, he can join in the fun too...*

CNY Day 4
Check-out and head straight home... Gosh! I'm still not done with the dupid report... Did it within the next 3 hours... Dar came over and accompany me to school in the afternoon... We went to catch a movie "Memoirs of Geisha" Great show, I would say... *To those who dislike Zhang Ziyi, watch the movie and be fair to her*

That's how I've spent my entire CNY...

I'm stressed! Overwhelmed by all the datelines that is coming soon...
Got no mood for anything... Can't seem to do everything well...
I've got my journal to do, my report to complete and so many many other things!
I'm afraid I can't take it anymore and I wish I can just sit there and cry my heart out!
I may look strong on the outside, but inside me, I'm crying for help!

:: Tired me ::

It's been a tiring week... Should I say I feel tired everyday ever since I started this Summer semester? All the people around are feeling the same way as I do. My MSN list shows nick like "Projects... Project... Deadline coming soon", "Mr Drain out aka Mr Exhaustion", "Busy bee", "Study Study" etc etc... Every 14 days, there's always something to be submitted.

Yesterday, we just had our blueprint presentation for MOS. Somehow I feel tat the lecturer is always out to make things difficult for us (Maybe becos we ever argue with him about something) Anyway, it is finally over... Now all we had to do is the report... I'm going to rush it out by this weekend... (Submission date is 1st Feb, and I dun wanna spend my CNY at home doing the report)

Was feeling bored in the office yesterday so was playing with the link that Ah Fei send to me... This is wat I did:

It has become all sunny again these few days... Miss the sun though I love the rain more... Here's a short update on what I've done over the weekend:

Friday
Went to collect my ring from Tiffany & Co. (Have sent it for polishing) My god! I got a shocked when I collected it! It look worse than before. Even the SA was surprised! She took it back and bring it to the back office only to come back with a ring that looks better but of course not as good as new. She told me tat they missed out this ring of mine when they send it out for cleaning *Good gracious - Missed out! I've waited for more than a week juz to come and collect a ring that wasn't polished!* Anyway, not in the mood to kick up a big fuss. Anyway she helped me to polished it so just let it be. Went to class. Boring. Worse! Saw Monster in the lift, she's with her hobbit friend and me with Clarice (Can't imagine if the hobbit and Clarice isn't with us, what kind of situation will that be) One of my guy friend commented that she looks like transvetite *hahaha... I know he meant no harm, but I personally feel that she looks like too*

Saturday
Stayed at home and get busy with my school project for the whole day. Luckily Dar stayed over the previous night so he oso managed to get busy with his school work while accompanying me... Met Royden for dinner, finally get to eat my Mala Steamboat after thinking for more than a week... A realli satisfied dinner

Sunday
Went out in the late morning for project meeting again. Managed to get something done up... Met Dar for dinner again and we went home early cos I was feeling too tired... I think my dar is oso tired... *Poor dar dar*

:: Just some thought ::

It's been raining and raining... But I'm loving it... Love the cool weather... Love the wind blowing... Love it when i'm cuddling up with my Prince.

Was on my way to school yesterday when it started pouring again... The bus was freezing and I do not have a jacket with me... A lady board the bus somewhere along the Katong area. My God!!! She smell as if she uses the whole bloody bottle of stinko perfume to bathe!!! Tat smell makes me wanna puke C'mon, perfume is supposed to make u smell plesant, not make ppl puke.

Arrive school and met up with Clarice for dinner at McD before going for our test at 5.45pm. Anson came to look for us... Crap for awhile with him and we dash to school... Finish the test in half hr time (though it's an hr pp) Went for class. Met up with Anson again at around 9.30 and we went to Cafe Cartel in PS. Crap somemore. He's a nice guy to hang out with and he's in such blissful mood now... *hahaha*

Head on home around 11 and good thing Clarice's dad came to pick us up... It's such a tiring day especially with my migrain acting up (Muz be that stinko perfume woman!)

:: Rainy Sunday ::

It's a rainy Sunday... Was planning to go cycling with Dar yesterday... But who knows, it's been raining since Sayturday night... To think that I'm all prepared to learn cycling... Never mind, there'll be chance in the future.

Stayed at home the whole day It's such a cold and wet day ... Packing my room... Didn't know that I've got so much junk. My new cupboard will be here nx week, got to pack out all my stuff to make space for the new... Cook dinner for Dad, sis and Dar... Made steam egg (Chawanmushi style), soup and vegetables... Yummy... They all love my cooking... Gosh! I'm thinking maybe I have a flair in cooking

Backtrack abit... Want to blog abit abt my Saturday as well... Met Clarice at Marriott Hotel ard 3pm... Was there to experience their service in Marriott cafe, (That's for our MOS project) I must say they are pretty professional and efficient. Enjoyed my drink there... Jeff and Steven joined us too... Went over to Far East Plaza, bought a pair of shoes... (Have been thinking of it for quite sometime...) Dar came to meet us for dinner... Had our dinner at Crystal Jade... Wanted to have McDonald (The Fan-tastic burger) but Jeff is having a sore throat so went for Crystal Jade instead.
After dinner, Steven have to book in camp as he's being mobilise for the Anti-Terrorist exercise. Jeff and Clarice went to Bugis while me and Dar stayed on in Orchard. Went to Wisma Isetan and I"ve got myself a black top...

Hmm... That's how I spent my weekend... Today is back to work and tomorrow will be a long day as I'm meeting my classmates for project...

:: Great New Year 2006 ::

I'm back from a great New Year break. Today is 2nd January 2006. 2nd day of the new year... Happy... New year, new start. Went to Grand Plaza Park Royal with my Dar on New Year Eve. We were upgraded from normal standard room to Executive room *Cool*
Check in ard 3 and were so tired that we fell asleep... Wake up ard 5 and we went to Bugis for a short while... Dar got himself a nice shirt and I didn't get anything *Sob Sob* Anyway, we went to get a bottle of wine and food (We had dumplings, char kway teow, kfc and sushi) Enjoyed the dinner and stay in the room to watch TV... Wanted to go down to Esplanade (Since our hotel is so near) but was simply too lazy to do so... Watch the fireworks on TV... and fell asleep soon...

Check out the next day ard 1pm and we went home... Meeting Dar's parents for dinner in the evening... After dinner with them, we went shopping in Bugis *Yes, it's Bugis again* Dar bought a bag and me got myself 1 skirt, 1 pants and 1 top (All from LMG) *Best of all Dar paid for everything* hahaha *Love you lots dear*

Me gg to get ready now, gg for my hair cut appointment... Gonna get myself some color and a new hair cut... Tata
